We're looking for a Senior IT Field Delivery Engineer to deliver high-quality onsite support to customers across multiple locations. You'll work with a wide range of IT hardware and software technologies, supporting everything from desktops and laptops to servers, networks, and retail equipment.
This role requires security clearance or willingness to obtain it.
What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose, repair and replace: PCs, laptops, printers, servers, retail tech & peripherals
Complete customer rebuilds and desk-side configurations
Support and mentor fellow engineers
Provide cover for planned/unplanned absences at customer sites
Achieve SLAs and performance targets
Maintain real-time updates via mobile device, including part movements and RMA management
Lead and support IMAC projects
Take part in a 24/7 on-call rota (1:4)
Ensure compliance with H&S, company policies, and customer processes
Maintain company assets to a high standard
What You'll Bring
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with great organisational ability
Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience
CompTIA A+ and Server+ preferred
Ability to work at height and undertake manual handling tasks
Positive, team-orientated approach
