The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department, providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting coordination
Preparing legal documentation and client bundles
Handling client enquiries with professionalism and confidence
Opening and closing client files
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Legal Secretary
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Possesses excellent communication skills
Is confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
