Stores/Warehouse Operative – FLT Driver
Location: Wellesbourne, Warwick, CV35 9JY
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £12.91 per hour
Overtime rates:
1.5 (time and a half) pay Monday–Saturday
2× (double apay) pay on Sundays
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday)
Lunch: 1 hour unpaid
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our close‑knit warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
As part of the Goods In department, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
Offloading vehicles, unpacking/uncrating of machines, receiving goods inbound, stock putaway into Store/Warehouse locations
Picking, processing & packing Sales and Spares orders for despatch team
Process Machine Sales orders, packing, palletising and wrapping machines for despatch, and loading vehicles
Maintain A good general ‘Housekeeping’ within the Warehouse/Stores
To operate a Forklift where licensed and authorised by the company to do so
Ensure the daily tasks are completed in a competent and timely manner
Assisting at annual Exhibitions and stock takes
To perform other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the company to meet with its on-going needs.About You
The ideal candidate will:
Have a FLT licence
Be computer literate (including Outlook, Teams, and Excel)
Have strong numerical skills
Be comfortable with manual handling tasks
Work well under pressure
