You'll be part of the SEND and Inclusion team - an experienced, passionate group who work together to ensure everyone accessing the service receives the right support to help them achieve their goals.
What will you be doing?
Every day will be varied, but your core responsibilities will include:

Working closely with the SEND & Inclusion Manager and Specialists to coordinate the admissions and support process for students

Logging support applications and accurately maintaining records

Booking assessments, arranging appointments and communicating with applicants via phone, text and email

Setting up learning sessions for students

Liaising with curriculum teams, parents, and faculty administrators to support assessment sessions and student needs

Ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally

Is this you?
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally bring:

Previous administrative experience, preferably in an education, support, or customer-facing role

Strong IT skills - confident using MIS/databases and standard Microsoft systems

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

A flexible, positive approach and the ability to work independently when needed
