This is the role for you.... We are seeking 5 x dedicated Customer Resolution Advisors to join a dynamic team based in Grimsby.
Duties to include:

Responding promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.

Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and organisation.

Accurately inputting and updating of customer data within the company database, maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Utilising communication skills to explain solutions clearly and professionally

Maintaining excellent phone etiquette and upholding the organisation’s reputation through professional interactions.

Attention to detail recording personal details and information

Good computer skills required
