Description
Handling customer enquiries and managing sales of garage doors and associated products
Responding promptly and professionally to email correspondence
Managing telephone enquiries from customers, colleagues, and suppliers
Providing face-to-face customer service and support
Performing occasional heavy lifting as part of daily duties
Checking delivered goods for correct quantities and condition against delivery notes
Hours - Monday - Friday 7.30 - 5.00pm plus Saturday 9.00 - 12.30pm on a rota basis.Profile
Previous experience in a similar role within construction
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using office software and systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
