Questech are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Quality Administrator who would play a key role in ensuring the organisation maintains high-quality standards across all processes, documentation, and service delivery.
This role provides administrative and operational support to the Quality Team, helping to manage quality systems, and drive continuous improvement activities.

The Person:

Clear understanding of manufacturing processes – packaging or print preferred

Excellent Communication skills - both written and verbal with a strong influence

Knowledge of all MS Packages including Excel and Word.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to check own work
-
Flexibility and excellent attention to detail is essential.

Enjoy working to deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
-
Maintain and update quality management system (QMS) documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Maintain all customer complaints, in folders and assign investigations to relevant personnel
-
Support the preparation and distribution of quality-related reports to customers and senior management
-
Support the preparation and distribution of quality-related dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management
-
Ensure all investigations allocated are followed up and are updated in accordance with our procedures, with escalation if necessary

Analyse data to identify trends in quality issues

Ensure all quality records are accurately filed, version-controlled, and accessible.

Small tool management – ensuring tools are numbered and recorded

Communicating with the sales team when rework has been completed
-
Take accurate minutes of the quality meetings
-
Request and monitor customer returns and rework
-
Managing and maintaining GMP spot checks
-
Coordinate internal document reviews and follow up on outstanding actions.

Ensuring that corrective and preventative actions have been put in place

Assist with root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
The shifts:
Monday to Friday - Day's.
The salary for this role is £28,000pa
