We pride ourselves on providing “WOW” customer service and are looking for a genuine “people person” to join our team as a dedicated part time, remote, Customer Service Assistant.
Job Description:
Will you be passionate about and committed to providing outstanding support to our members? This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will work with the Head of Customer Success as a point of contact for our members, helping them navigate our services and resolve any issues they may encounter to create a truly “stand out” experience for each and every member you come into contact with on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
– Member Support: Exceed expectations by delivering fast, friendly and effective support to members via phone, email, and chat.
– Issue Resolution: Address and resolve member inquiries and issues efficiently, professionally with a smile on your face.
– Resource Assistance: Guide members in utilising our legal templates, trainings, surgeries, tools and other resources.
– Feedback Collection: Gather and relay member feedback to our Head of Member Success to constantly improve our services.
Requirements:
– Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, chat software, and other digital tools. Experience of Freshdesk, Keap (Infusionsoft), Circle and Facebook groups would be preferable but training can be provided.
– Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
– Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
– Empathy and Patience: A genuine desire to help people and provide the kind of customer experience people want to tell others about. A passion for and understanding of what it takes to run a small business / have an entrepreneurial mindset would be a huge bonus.
– Working hours: although in the main, working hours will be fixed, some flexibility where necessary would be a bonus.
