Are you an experienced Financial Services professional looking to join one of Newcastle’s premier Wealth Management firms? We are seeking a Senior Finance Administrator to provide high-level technical support to a busy team of Financial Advisers.
This is a pivotal role within a firm known for its prestige, client-first approach, and commitment to staff development. Whether you are an experienced Administrator looking to transition fully into Paraplanning, or an established Paraplanner looking for a more senior, influential role, this is the perfect platform for your career.
The Role
Supporting a portfolio of HNW (High-Net-Worth) clients, you will ensure that the advice process is seamless, compliant, and technically sound.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Assisting Advisers in the preparation of complex suitability reports across Pensions, Investments, and IHT planning.

Research & Analysis: Conducting whole-of-market research on various financial products and providers using industry-standard tools.

Client Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing queries, and ensuring a "white-glove" service at every touchpoint.

Compliance: Ensuring all files are audit-ready and meet the strict requirements of the FCA.

Onboarding: Processing new business applications and managing the end-to-end "Letter of Authority" process.

Mentorship: Providing guidance to junior members of the administrative team to ensure operational excellence across the Newcastle office.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the UK Financial Services landscape and a passion for technical accuracy.
Requirements:

Industry Experience: Essential. You must have experience working within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment.

Software Literacy: Proficiency with platforms such as Intelligent Office (IO), Iress, FE Analytics, or Cashcalc.

The "Newcastle" Edge: You are a professional communicator who builds rapport easily with clients and colleagues alike.
The Package

Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
