Vital People are currently recruiting an experienced PPT driver/warehouse operative to join our client’s busy distribution centre in Haydock. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want consistent, ongoing work.
All candidates must have a PPT licence (in house licences are accepted)
Work is typically 80% PPT and 20% warehouse duties.
Shift Monday to Friday 9.30pm – Finish (8 hour shifts)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Operating PPT to run freight

Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently

Loading and unloading vehicles

Dispatching parcels onto conveyor belts

Organising parcels into the correct areas for delivery

Maintaining a safe and tidy work area

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is essential

PPT licence required (in house licences are accepted)

20% warehouse work, 80% PPT work

Ability to lift parcels up to 25kg

Good communication and teamwork skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Basic understanding of written and spoken English
