International Assistant Brand Manager
📍 Global Role | Focus on DACH, Europe & New Markets
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, premium FMCG brand on the search for an International Assistant Brand Manager to support expansion across DACH (Germany & Benelux), ANZ, Ireland, China, with additional exposure to France and the US.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketer looking to gain hands-on international experience and play a key role in scaling a globally loved consumer brand.
🚀 The Opportunity
As International Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll support the development and execution of brand plans across multiple markets, helping drive growth and build brand presence internationally.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting annual brand planning and 3-year strategic marketing plans

Executing innovation launches across existing and new markets

Supporting go-to-market strategy and leading elements of the gate process

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Innovation teams
-
Developing packaging, activation plans and compelling sell-in materials
-
Localising global brand assets for international markets
-
Managing international budgets and reporting
-
Analysing performance data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Building strong distributor relationships to deliver commercial plans
-
Feeding back international portfolio needs into innovation pipelines

🧠 Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of marketing experience (FMCG and/or international exposure preferred)

Fluent English (French or another European language advantageous)

Strong commercial acumen

Experience managing multiple projects cross-functionally

Exposure to shopper activation and digital/social campaigns

Packaging/artwork and project management experience

Strong presentation skills

Excellent attention to detail
