Administrator – Education and Development

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support across their education and development programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong database management and coordination skills to join a collaborative and professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide a broad range of general administrative support to the coach education function

Support the planning and scheduling of Activities Coach and Level 2 education courses across the UK and Ireland

Organise and administer courses in line with agreed plans using the organisation’s CRM system

Book venues and tutors and liaise with both to ensure smooth course delivery

Process and manage course bookings in line with agreed administrative procedures

Register learners onto the online learning platform and allocate login credentials

Issue course communications and information to candidates within agreed timescales

Manage transfers, cancellations and related requests in accordance with terms and conditions

Track learner progress, manage assessment documentation and update records accurately

Maintain licensing and education databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Produce activity and performance reports to support the coaching team

Act as the first point of contact for coach education enquiries
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Previous administration and database management experience

Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines

Experience organising events or managing bookings

A flexible and proactive approach

A customer-focused mindset with strong customer service skills
This is a permanent, full-time position with core hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, offering a hybrid working arrangement from day one of employment, providing flexibility and, depending on role requirements, the opportunity to work remotely for up to 3 days a week
