Our Client is a franchise-approved car dealership and they’re currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Bristol area.

45-hour week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.Requirements:
Must have strong recent or current experience working as a Senior Service Advisor, or Assistant Service/Aftersales Manager within a franchise-approved car dealership
A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
Strong Technical knowledge
An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success
Have a UK driving licenseResponsibilities:
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager & General Manager and responsible for a team of Vehicle Technicians and Service Advisors
Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.The salary for this position is £40,000 basic with a potential OTE of £48,000.
