Role information:
To support the Senior Occupational Health Technical Administrator with the day-to-day administrative activities. This will predominantly focus on support to the pre-placement and follow up activities associated with the business.
Designated packages of work will be delivered to agreed standards and timescales. With responsibility for setting timely schedules for the Occupational Health professionals, ensuring they have all the correct documentation to support their activities. Outputs are required to customers within a limited time frame.
Support in maintaining the currency if the Occupational Health database
From time to time, there may be requirements to support other areas of this small but diverse team in additional administrative tasks.
There will on occasion be requirements to provide administrative cover cross a range of duties in Occupational Health.
Qualifications/Experience
GCSE Grade 5 Maths and English
Office administration background in a customer facing role, prior experience of working in a medical confidentiality background would be advantageous.
Good working knowledge of MS packages
Excellent attention to details
Can follow written instructions
