Assistant Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a traditional new build housing development in South Wootton.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, privately owned housebuilder with a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and delivering thoughtfully designed homes.
The Role
As Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy residential development. You will play a key role in ensuring plots are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the management of sub-contractors on site
Assisting with programme coordination and daily site activities
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained and enforced
Conducting quality inspections and snagging
Monitoring build progress against programme targets
Assisting with NHBC inspections and handovers
Maintaining site records and documentation
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience Required:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in new build housing
Experience working on traditional build residential developments
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
