Responsibilities for an Web Shop Administrator
Create, update, and maintain product listings (accurate descriptions, images, specs)
Use AI and creative tools for product and marketing content
Monitor stock levels and liaise with internal teams
Handle customer calls and support sales enquiries
Process online orders and coordinate dispatch
Provide first-line support for web shop queries
Identify and suggest web shop improvements
Ensure online content meets company guidelines and deadlines
Support promotions, seasonal updates, and special offer
Assist with general admin for the Web Shop and Retail team
Requirements for Web Shop Administrator
Full UK licence
Good communication skills
Other industries considered;
Plant / HGV / Powered Access / Generator / Heavy plant / Forklifts / Agricultural
