Pertemps Recruitment are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a small family run team in Castle Bromwich. Our client are a leading supplier of safety workwear across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive environment.
The Role:
To assist the team in picking and packing orders ready for shipment.
Monitoring stock levels to ensure adequate stock is held at all times.
To organise picking/packing activities for the team.
Hours of work are 07:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
What You Need:
Proven experience in leading a team of warehouse operatives.
Strong background in warehouse operations.
Demonstrated ability to plan workload to ensure orders are sent out correctly and on time.
Ability to manage workload independently, prioritise tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
