We are working with a leading provider of HVAC solutions looking to recruit a purchasing administrator to join their team. This role is fully office-based and is pivotal in ensuring that all spare parts and materials are ordered, delivered, and recorded efficiently. You will be the main point of contact for suppliers and internal teams regarding procurement, stock levels, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities

Managing the procurement of spare parts and materials for railway air conditioning systems.

Placing orders with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of goods.

Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and parts usage.

Preparing and processing purchase orders and invoices.

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure parts are available for maintenance or installation projects.

Liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues with orders or deliveries.

Supporting the finance team with invoice reconciliation and payment processing.

Contributing to process improvements within the purchasing and stock management functions.
What they are looking for?

Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administrative role (preferably within engineering, HVAC, or rail sectors).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
