We're currently recruiting on behalf of our Harrogate-based client for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team on a 6-month temporary basis. This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied administrative position and is happy supporting across teams in a busy office environment.

Up to £15.00 per hour
6-Month Temporary Contract
Your role:
Supporting the wider Client Services team with day-to-day tasks
Handling incoming external calls and directing enquiries to the relevant department
Processing client cash payments accurately and efficiently
Issuing client valuation statements as requested
Liaising with Managers to obtain authorisation before releasing documentation
Keeping tracking spreadsheets up to date to monitor progress and returned forms
Communicating with external third parties regarding documentation received or distributed
Ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with internal policies and regulatory standards
Collating returned documentation and maintaining precise, organised records
Providing reception cover when required
Assisting with general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the team
About You
Previous administration experience
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Professional and approachable communication style
