What You'll Do:
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks with precision and care.
Coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications across teams.
Preparing reports and documentation to support engineering projects.
Assisting with project management activities to keep things on track.
Providing exceptional support to the team and clients alike.
Communicating with stakeholders and suppliersWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a strong administrative role, preferably in engineering or a related field.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. 🗣️
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
