Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored learning support
Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions

Provide calm and consistent emotional support
About You
Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting children and young people in an educational setting
Patient, adaptable, and compassionate in your approach
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Reliable and able to travel to West Birmingham
