Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor
to support Senior Quantity Surveyors across a range of projects, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of commercial management within the residential construction sector.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

Support in managing project costs throughout the lifecycle of developments.

Help in the preparation and analysis of subcontractor quotations.

Assist with contract administration and procurement activities.

Help to monitor site progress and track costs, preparing cost reports.

Liaise with project teams and provide support on cost control matters.

Participate in site visits to assess project progress and cost implications.
Who We’re Looking For

A recent graduate or early career professional with a relevant degree (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar).

Some experience in a construction or quantity surveying role is desirable, but not essential.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Keen attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally some knowledge of industry software.

A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving.
