Key Responsibilities:
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the smooth running of the restaurant day to day, including:
Supporting service across a 600-cover operation during peak season
Leading and motivating the front of house team
Ensuring exceptional guest service standards are maintained
Assisting with staff training and development
Supporting stock control and daily operational procedures
What we're looking for:
To succeed as an Assistant Manager, you'll bring:
Experience in a high-end, high-volume environment
A background at senior supervisor, Restaurant Manager or similar level
A hands-on leadership style with strong people skills
A fun-loving, friendly personality that thrives in a busy setting
The ability to stay calm and organised during peak service
