Duties

Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and transaction recording using accounting software.

Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analysis to aid decision-making processes.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Maintain and update financial records in systems such as Quick-books and Coins to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Skills
