We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a progressive primary school in Southwark. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional support, including those with SEN and behavioural needs.

Support pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs across the school
Deliver structured 1:1 and small-group interventions
Adapt learning materials to ensure accessibility and engagement
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCO, and pastoral teams
Help create a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children with SEN and/or behavioural needs
A calm, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for inclusive education
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
