We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:

Handling all customer support queries on products and services
-
Being the single point of contact for customers
-
Providing service support to customers
-
Qualifying and log customer cases in CRM system
-
Updating documentation when required
-
Working closely with system support and solution delivery teams
-
Applying swarming methodology standards on case resolution
The successful candidate will have:
-
Experience in a similar role
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
-
Experience working with CRM systems - SalesForce preferable
-
A customer focused attitude
-
Excellent interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work well under pressure
-
Experience with Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
