We are looking for a customer focused person, who loves interacting with customers in person and over the phone, to join a small and busy team. This role is in a trade office setting so you’ll be interacting with colleagues and customers both in the yard / in person at the office counter and over the phone 90% of the day.
The Customer Service Representative will:

Handle customer queries on the phone, in person and over email

Take and progress bookings for industrial / plant equipment

Maintain accurate and up to date records both paper and CRM based

Take and process payments
-
Manage complaints and work with drivers to resolve issues
-
Process licence applications and complete all related paperwork and administration

Cover the weighbridge as needed
Skills & experience required:
-
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication

Able to provide the best level of customer service and to remain calm when dealing with customer complaints
-
Previous customer service experience
-
Ideally have own transport due to location of the site office
