What will the Sales Ledger role invoice
Prepare, generate, and issue sales invoices aligned with customer contracts and purchase orders
Ensure all invoices are accurate, complete, and issued within deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams to confirm billable activities and resolve discrepancies
Maintain and update customer account information in the sales ledger
Support month-end processes by completing invoicing and ledger entries
Respond to customer queries regarding invoices, statements, or account balances
Work closely with the credit control team to facilitate timely payments
Ensure sales orders are accurately raised and correctly allocated to the appropriate cost centres
Suitable Candidate for the Sales Ledger vacancy:
Proven experience in sales ledger, billing, or finance administration
Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in finance/ERP systems and Excel
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident in managing workload, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and customers
