Our client is looking for a confident, personable Account Manager / Customer Relationship Executive to join a supportive and friendly team. This is not cold calling — you’ll be following up with customers who have already received a quote, building relationships and guiding them through the next steps.
This role would suit someone from a customer service or sales background, particularly if you’ve worked with service agreements, renewals or upselling in environments such as estate agency, insurance, finance, legal services or similar.
The Role

Following up on warm leads — customers who have already been quoted

Building rapport and long-term customer relationships

Answering questions, addressing concerns and progressing services

Managing your own accounts in a consultative, supportive way

Working closely with the wider team to achieve shared goals
What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, account management or relationship-led sales

Comfortable discussing and agreeing contracts or services

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach

Confident on the phone with a focus on customer care rather than hard selling

Organised, motivated and able to manage your own workload
