Description
Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.
Maintain accurate records and organise documentation efficiently.
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Coordinate communication between departments and external contacts.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Handle data entry and ensure information is up-to-date.
Support the team with general office tasks and duties.
