Logistics Operative – Warehouse / Logistics
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £13.50 p/h
Contract: Temp-to-Perm, Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting a motivated Logistics Operative to join our client’s manufacturing team. This is a key operational role, supporting daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods

Support warehouse processes to meet productivity and operational targets

Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies

Ensure all warehouse areas comply with Health & Safety and hygiene standards

Work as part of a team to support colleagues and meet deadlines
About You

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment

Good communication skills and team-oriented approach

Reliable, proactive, and able to work under supervision

Basic computer skills for stock and reporting purposes

Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
