A well-established and growing M&E contractor specialising in large-scale mechanical and electrical packages across residential and commercial developments is looking to appoint an Assistant Mechanical Estimator to join their expanding pre-construction team.
With a strong order book and secured pipeline of work, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years’ experience to develop within a stable, forward-thinking business.
The Role:
Assisting in the preparation of detailed mechanical estimates and cost plans
Reviewing tender documentation, drawings and specifications
Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations
Supporting senior estimators with competitive tender submissions
Liaising with commercial and operational teams throughout pre-construction About You:
2–5 years’ experience within mechanical estimating or building services
Experience pricing residential and/or commercial projects
Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, public health)
Organised, commercially aware and motivated to progress What’s On Offer:
