A well-established and growing M&E contractor delivering large-scale electrical and mechanical packages across residential and commercial developments is looking to appoint an Assistant Electrical Estimator to join their expanding pre-construction team.
With a strong order book and secured pipeline of work, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years’ experience to further develop within a stable, forward-thinking business.
The Role:
Assisting in the preparation of detailed electrical estimates and cost plans
Reviewing tender documentation, drawings and specifications
Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations
Supporting senior estimators in delivering competitive tender submissions
Liaising with commercial and operational teams throughout pre-construction About You:
2–5 years’ experience within electrical estimating or building services
Experience pricing residential and/or commercial projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems and installations
Organised, commercially aware and keen to progress What’s On Offer:
