We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Advisor and Administrator to join Customer Services team and to be the voice of our brand.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers - resolving queries, offering support, and making sure every interaction leaves them with a smile. Whether by phone, email or live chat, you'll ensure our customers receive top tier service every time.

What can you bring to Banham?
We are looking for a well-organised, enthusiastic individual Customer Service Administrator & Advisor with excellent communication skills to liaise with our customers via telephone and email effectively. You will be used to dealing with a high number of calls from our customers/suppliers on a daily basis.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also bring:

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable using computers and handling multiple systems.
What will you be doing?
Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information on products, services and policies
Resolve customer complaints with empathy and patience
Log and track customer interactions using our CRM system
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
