Role: Nursery Practitioner (Must have minimum CACHE Level 3 Childcare Qualification)
Contract: Part time, 3 days per week - ASAP – July 2026 - TERM TIME ONLY
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: £105–£120 per day
We are working with a fantastic, community-focused primary school in Watford who are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their Early Years team as soon as possible. This is a brilliant long-term opportunity until July 2026 initially, ideal for someone passionate about supporting early development in a nurturing, well‑resourced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting children aged 3–4 in a busy, school nursery environment

Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities

Creating a safe, nurturing space that supports children’s personal development

Providing personal care where required

Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
-
Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
About You:

Must have Level 3 childcare qualification
-
Experience working in Early Years (nursery or preschool)

Warm, patient, and proactive
-
Strong understanding of EYFS practice

Reliable and available to start immediately

Must have DBS on the Update Service
