What's involved?
As the Assistant F&B Services Manager, you will bridge the gap between the Brasserie and the Meetings & Events teams. You will be a hands-on leader, maintaining high standards and ensuring a seamless guest journey across all outlets.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience at Assistant Manager level or higher within a quality 4* hotel.
Operational experience across all F&B departments, including Weddings and Events.
Strong financial awareness regarding revenue streams and POS controls.
The ability to coach and motivate a team while maintaining strict Health & Safety compliance.
