Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Saturday: 7:00am – 4:00pm (Flexible Day off during the week to fit the business’s needs)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Sales Assistant to join this family owned builders merchants team in Watford. This is a varied, customer-facing role involving showroom sales, handing enquiries from both trade and retail customers, and bathroom design.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers

Handling customer enquiries over the phone

Converting enquiries into sales

Designing bathroom layouts and solutions for customers

Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Maintaining showroom standards and product knowledge
Key Requirements:

Previous experience selling bathrooms (essential)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Confident in sales and closing deals
-
Experience with bathroom design (preferred)
