Production Operative - Braintree, Essex
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We are working with a well-established manufacturer based in the Braintree, Essex area who are looking to recruit a reliable Production Operative to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. The company produces both standard and bespoke products for a wide range of clients across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out light assembly of products and components
Working with small parts and materials within a production environment
Supporting general production and manufacturing duties
Quality checking items during and after production
Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within manufacturing, production, or assembly is beneficial
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Able to work efficiently as part of a small team
Comfortable handling small components
Reliable with a positive, hands-on attitude
Hours, Pay & Benefits
£12.21 per hour, paid weekly (while working though Prime Appointments)
Monday - Friday
07:30-16:30 (early finish every Friday)
