We are currently working with an established Northampton based business who is looking to bring in an Office Administrator to cover a wide range of duties including General Accounts, Office Admin & PA. This is the sort of role that will vary day to day and keep you busy.
So what would you be doing day to day?
- Processing supplier invoices and resolving supplier queries
- Reconciling supplier statements and preparing monthly payment runs
- Monitoring customer and supplier balances
- Entering purchase orders and maintaining accurate financial data
- Office Administration & PA Support
- Providing clerical and administrative support
- Managing calls, emails and maintaining organised filing systems
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering materials for the management team
- Ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office
But what experience do you need?
- Prior experience in an Accounting or PA position
- AAT would be highly desirable
- Prior experience working in an industrial environment is essential
- Fully computer literate with experience using Excel
