A small/medium sized Building Consultancy based near Waterloo and Borough stations is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team. This hybrid role offers an excellent package.

The Assistant Building Surveyor's Role
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will undertake a well-rounded role, supporting and sometimes independently completing full condition surveys and reports. There is an emphasis on the education sector, especially schools.
Alongside the above, the role also involves a variety of responsibilities, including surveys, dilapidations, and contract administration.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
Education sector experience - particularly schools is a plus
Well-rounded Building Surveying skillset
Good contracts knowledge
UK private practice/chartered surveying employment history
Strong communication skills and confidence
APC in progress is an advantageIn Return?
