Our client are specialists In their market sector they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent basis.
The Job you’ll do

The Customer service coordinator will support day-to-day business operations across customer service, logistics, and vendor management.

This individual plays a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, responsive, and proactive in problem-solving.

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
-
Track and manage order status, delays, and issues.
-
Provide proactive updates and resolve complaints with professionalism.
-
Assist in planning and booking domestic and international shipments.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and carriers.

Track deliveries and maintain accurate records of shipping documents.

Liaise with vendors to confirm lead times, delivery dates, and order status.

Help onboard new suppliers and maintain up-to-date vendor information.

Support purchase order processing and confirmations.

General Operations Support.

Maintain accurate inventory or order management records.

Assist with data entry, invoicing, and reporting.

Help implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
About You
-
3-5 years experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or supply chain.

Strong communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).

Experience working with vendors, 3PLs, or internal fulfilment teams.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP, shipping, or order management tools

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Desirable (but not required):
-
Bachelor’s or University Degree.

Experience in B2B operations or e-commerce fulfilment.

Knowledge of customs documentation or international shipping processes.
