Search are working exclusively with a business based in Leeds who are looking for an accounts assistant to join the business and work in conjunction with
Job Duties:
Monitoring customer accounts and managing overdue invoices
Arranging payments with customers and dealing with any invoice queries
Cash allocation
Conducting credit checks on new and prospective clients
Processing of sales and purchase invoices
Assist with month end close
Escalate problems to the finance managerCandidate will possess:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Work to timed deadlines
Microsoft proficient
Attention to detail Whats on offer:
Salary up to £30,000 per annum
26 days annual leave (plus banks on top)
Monday to Friday - 9 - 5
Free on site parking
