Our Manufacturing client based in Dewsbury is currently recruiting for an experinced Credit Control and Customer Service Support person to join them on a permanent basis.

At least 50% of this role with be supporting the credit controller with the other part supporting other finance activities and the customer services department.
Duties includes:

Chasing outstanding debt on the phone and by email.

Taking credit card payments over the phone.

Setting up new customer accounts, obtaining references and doing credit checks.

Responding to external and internal customers in the accounts mailbox.

Credit notes.

Ensuring data integrity and updating customer records.

Support to other finance functions during busy times, holidays and sickness.

Support with dealing with customer complaints

Telephone cover for customer services department

Customer services reporting
Experience
- Previous credit control and general office experience in a customer facing environment
