Location: Ramsgate (due to the location, you must have access to your own transport)
Salary: £13.97 per hour
Full-time hours - Tuesday to Saturday

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting customers across digital channels such as WhatsApp and email

Handling queries around orders, returns, refunds and product information

Checking tracking details and providing clear, accurate updates

Managing complaints professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction

Working collaboratively with a friendly, supportive team

Meeting daily performance targets with accuracy and consistency

Using computer systems and AI-assisted tools effectively

Maintaining professionalism and a positive approach in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Excellent communication skills across phone, email and messaging channels

Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements

Full UK driving licence required
