Learning Support Mentors – Cambridge, Ely & Newmarket

We are currently recruiting Learning Support Mentors to work across our client schools in Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket, and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals with experience supporting students in an educational setting who are looking for flexible, agency-based work, with opportunities to work up to five days per week.
The Role
Provide in-class support to students, including those with additional needs
Work one-to-one or in small groups to support learning and engagement
Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Support the delivery of lesson activities under the direction of teaching staff
Build positive relationships with students and staff
Opportunities for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements
Requirements
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
References must be provided
Ideally experienced in an educational or support role
A calm, patient, and supportive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable
Experience supporting SEN, SEMH, or additional needs
Driver with access to a vehicle (ideal but not essential)
