Supply Learning Support Assistant (Clapham)
SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a Supply Learning Support Assistant (Clapham) to work in primary and independent schools across the wider Wandsworth area.
This role involves providing classroom-based academic support to pupils in KS1 and KS2 on a flexible supply basis, with full-time and part-time options available.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Assisting with literacy, numeracy and lesson participation
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Supporting teachers in maintaining a calm learning environment
Requirements
Experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant or Tutor is desirable
Graduates and university students welcome
Strong communication and organisational skills
Enthusiasm and genuine interest in working with children
Understanding of safeguarding procedures
