Fen Noodles - hand pulled noodles
Responsibilities include:
-preparing meat and veg
-making sauces
-making noodle dough
-moving stock and carrying out stock take
-cooking noodles
-pulling noodles
-handing out food to customers
-deep cleaning kitchen
Minimum 1 year kitchen experience handling food
Sun 8-5pm
Mon 8-4pm
Tues 8-4pm
Thurs 8-5pm
