We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing company in Milton Keynes. You’ll work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment, supporting production for well-known brands. This role is ideal for reliable, detail-focused individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong production team.
Responsibilities as a Production Operative

Set up, operate, and monitor lines, conveyors to ensure the production runs smoothly

Accurately record quality and production data, reporting any non-conformances

Pack, seal, label, and prepare finished products for dispatch

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Clean equipment and work areas to prevent contamination

Carry out basic machine maintenance and report or troubleshoot minor faults

Follow all health & safety, food safety, and site procedures at all times

Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready
Skills & Experience Required as a Production Operative

Previous experience in production and manufacturing desirable

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work with small components and follow detailed instructions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work days and nights on a rotating shift pattern
