I am recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a team on a temp to perm basis.

Previous logistics experience with DHL, K&N, FedEx, or any 3PL or 4PL logistics service provider.

Desired skills in freight forwarding, UK domestic ground, international air and ocean, customs documentation and terminology.

Must have experience with the full Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Outlook365, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
Duties will include-
Experience required for this role-

Operational experience in Freight forwarding logistics and International Supply Chain Management.

Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Power Point, Word, Excel & BI Tool (i.e. Tableau/Qlikview)

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Must be versed on safety and compliance issues

Knowledge of transportation/warehouse management systems

High degree of logic, initiative, self organization and creativeness

Highly developed written, verbal, and inter-personal skills

Strong situational analysis and quickly solve problems
This role is working Monday- Friday working 8 hours per day, start time can be flexible between 7am & 9am- a fixed time can be agreed if successful.
During training/probation the expectation would be 5 days working in the office per week, but after that they can offer 2 days working from home per week.
DBS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE, WE CAN PROVIDE ONE AND THE COST WILL BE DEDUCTED OUT OF YOUR FIRST WEEK PAY.
