Our client is a busy and growing manufacturing business with an on-site workshop, and we're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist/Admin for Holiday cover
This is a key front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to departure
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers in person and handling incoming phone calls professionally
- Liaising between customers and departments
- Preparing paperwork as required
- Handling basic administrative tasks
- Photocopying, filing, making tea for guests etc
- Maintaining a clean and professional reception area
About you
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with customers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment is advantageous, and previous experience in a reception role is preferred
